Don is our osteopath in Tamworth. He graduated in 2003 from the University of Western Sydney and has worked in Newcastle for over 15 years, founding Beech Health Osteopathic Clinic in January, 2008. Don continued his Osteopathic journey by undertaking many courses in Biodynamics and Osteopathy in the cranial field. Since 2013, he has been conducting research in the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of Newcastle, investigating the relationship between posture and shoulder pain.
Don is particularly interested in the role Osteopathy can play with sports. Having played many sports in his youth, he has a wealth of experience from his time involved with the training and fitness of elite international tennis players. Keeping fit and healthy is a priority and Don enjoys many different physical activities. Seeing patients of all ages, professions and backgrounds, he always emphasizes the importance of the client participating in their own health.
